Since we don’t have multiple locations to sustain, we have low overhead. This means that we have building materials for large scale projects, smaller projects, and everything in between. You’ll be sure to discover some quality building supplies with us.
How It Works
If you are wondering how we obtain our cost-effective materials without sacrificing quality, it’s pretty simple—we have valuable relationships with several large retailers throughout South Carolina. Sometimes mistakes can happen: a door may not be the correct size, there may be an extra lazy Susan cabinet built by a carpenter, or a customer may change their mind on the custom picture windows they had designed. Whenever this happens, these retailers give us a call to come take the merchandise off of their hands. We also purchase items from retailers who are going out of business and liquidating their inventory, and we’re always on the hunt for rare finds at auctions.
Whatever you are looking for, be it shaker-style kitchen cabinets, gorgeous bay windows for the dining room, vintage doorknobs, or a claw-foot, freestanding bathtub, there’s an excellent chance we’ll have it on hand!
